This policy describes how privacy is handled in the One, Two, Three app (a card game for Apple Watch), in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable laws.

Data used by the app

The app is designed to work locally on your Apple Watch. Based on the current version of the application:

• No account is required, and no names, emails, or other direct identifying data are collected through the app.
• No built-in analytics, advertising, or user tracking tools are used in the app.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, or health data.

The app may store on the device (via the app's system settings) preferences such as interface language and difficulty level. This data remains on your Apple Watch and is not sent to servers managed by us for the game to function.

Purpose and legal basis

The processing of locally saved preferences serves to provide the app's functions (language and difficulty). The legal basis is the performance of a contract with the user (use of the app) and, where relevant, the legitimate interest in offering an experience consistent with your choices.

Data Retention

Preferences stored on the device remain until you uninstall the app or clear the app data from the system settings, unless otherwise provided by Apple for system-managed data.

Recipients and data transfers

We do not sell your personal data. Preference data does not leave the device for the app's own purposes as currently implemented.

Apple Inc. provides the operating system, the App Store, and related services. Data processing connected to these services (e.g., app downloads, updates, any aggregated statistics on Apple's side) is governed by Apple's privacy policies and settings. We invite you to review them at: Apple Privacy.

Security

We adopt an approach that limits data collection: the app does not rely on our servers for gameplay. Data security on the device also depends on the security settings of your Apple Watch and your Apple ID.
